The Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics will report into the Director, Field Sales and is responsible for analytics, data and reporting supporting the Hyundai Motor Finance/Kia Motors Finance/Genesis Finance Sales team.  The incumbent will assist in the production of monthly sales performance reports for internal distribution, monthly and/or quarterly Dealership Summary reporting for distribution to the Sales team and their dealership clients.  They will also be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of monthly Sales KPI reports for internal use. 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance to support Salesforce.com as the repository for all dealer information/territory assignment, and dealer inquiries and requests
  • Maintain dealer information in all required systems including LOS, Salesforce.com, Dealer Track, etc.
  • Coordinate with external vendors including Salesforce.com to ensure reporting and tool capabilities deliver the most effective and efficient solutions
  • Prepare Sales reports and analytics
  • Review reports to spot trends and areas for improvement
  • Research and respond to internal & external requests for information
  • Assist in the development of Field Sales Staff presentations & selling tools
  • Administer specialized Field Sales Staff tracking tools
  • Serve as liaison with Marketing for all initiative, program and product deployments for field organization and dealers
  • Support management with the development/maintenance of performance/reporting/value proposition tools to assess the effectiveness of sales performance metrics and information
  • Assist in preparing tools and materials for Field Sales Staff to enhance and build consistent sales capabilities
  • Support joint HCCA/OEM training and education
  • Support joint vendor lease sales training and education


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of sales operations or sales analytics experience
  • Experience with an automotive finance lender preferred
  • Strong database & report building skills
  • Excellent PC skills including; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented, with strong problem solving abilities
  • Excellent work ethic, time management, and ability to prioritize
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
