General Summary

The Manager, Remarketing Strategy & Analytics II will work closely with the Vice President Remarketing to develop, implement and manage HCA’s global remarketing and lease end strategies.  Key areas of focus will be optimizing department-wide remarketing and lease-end KPIs, improving asset channel disposition performance and implementing new operational capabilities to effectively mitigate asset residual risk/loss.  The Manager will be responsible for monitoring performance of the remarketing and lease end portfolio, in order to develop strategies which will optimize the value and retention of off-lease vehicles. Additionally, the Manager will provide support in defining and measuring the goals for the Remarketing Operations team (Dallas). The Manager, Remarketing Strategy II will work cross functionally to drive remarketing and lease end strategy implementation and communicate its effectiveness. This is a highly visible position and will require collaboration and integration across a number of departments (e.g., Sales, Risk, Marketing, FP&A, Accounting, etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities


Develop, implement and manage project-based strategies related to HCA’s global remarketing and lease end strategies

Define needs of the organization by creating new business goals, objectives and processes around vehicle sales, lease end, and channel management

Develop and implement remarketing reporting needs (KPIs and metrics) to support sale performance for online and physical auction sales. Develop appropriate targets and goals to drive remarketing strategies

Execute ad-hoc analytics in support of department objectives for remarketing and lease end (e.g. analysis supporting the HCA executive team, sales, risk, etc.)

Perform all other duties as assigned

Superior project management skills and demonstrated competency with research, analysis, and project leadership

Experience and knowledge around vehicle remarketing

Skilled with project and presentation software including:  PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Excel, Access, and Word

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required with MBA preferred

At least 4-7 years of experience in a role within Remarketing or a call center environment 

General knowledge of the Auto Finance Industry

Prior consulting experience a plus

Physical Requirements and Working Condition

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
