Job Description

The Bilingual Lease End Specialist will report into the Manager, Remarketing Planning and is responsible for managing customer facing processes associated with end of term lease accounts. Specific responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, updating the system with notations, and advising customers on lease end options and obligations.  This position is part of our Operations team.  The successful candidate must be able to work until 8p.m. EST.

Responsibilities:


•         Responsible for contacting customers and dealers prior to lease end to explain lease end return process as well to obtain the customers intent on their end of their lease


•         Utilize the lease end call model to inform the customer on their lease end options and obligations


•         Provide customers information supporting HCCA retention


•         Respond to any customer or dealer inquiries regarding lease end process


•         Deliver an excellent customer lease end experience anticipating customer wants and needs


•         Educate customers on lease end obligations such inspection requirements, vehicle return expectation and end of term fees


•         Manage customer buyouts and extension requests accurately and timely


•         Follow up and ensure that assigned accounts are returned, grounded and or closed on or before the lease end date


•         Assess risk on past maturity accounts and assign un-return vehicles for repossession


•         Identify opportunities to improve upon and/or streamline the internal processes


 


•         College Degree preferred


•         5 years of relevant experience in the automotive finance industry preferred


•         Previous experience in Lease End and Collections preferred


•         Strong problem solving skills


•         Ability to research issues, analyze problems and make recommendations


•         Strong PC skills; Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint


•         Excellent oral and written communication skills


•         Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment
