Job Description


Responsible for supporting Servicing Support Teams by processing requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, adhere to HCA’s policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as being in compliance. All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per HCA’s KPI’s. This role is also responsible for responding and servicing customer inquiries to provide convenient service for customers for all aspects of automotive finance for Retail Contract and Lease products. Provides exceptional customer service utilizing increased product knowledge and experience resulting in increased productivity within role. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Process a variety of service support tasks including payment processing operational functions, back office work, service requests, account management, managing escalated customer issues, etc.

2. Handle general incoming calls, perform follow up calls and respond to emails received. Respond and service customer inquiries to provide respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and convenient service for customers for all aspects of automotive finance for Retail contract and Lease products.

3. Comply with HCAs operating policies and procedures as well as the company’s Zero Tolerance Policy with regard to information safeguards, ethics and harassment.

4. Cross train as requested to enhance department efficiencies and personal development

5. Perform all other duties as assigned


Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication skills - ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.

• Effectively work in a team environment.

• Strong customer service and telephone skills.

• Follow workflow processes for all assigned job duties.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Accounting experience highly desirable.

• Experience with all general office equipment such as phone, fax, printer, email, scanner, computer.

• Strong PC navigation skills, including knowledge of Windows operating environment and internet.

• Ability to accept feedback in a positive manner and utilize feedback for personal development.

• Prior call center experience preferred.

• Minimum 6 months automotive or general finance experience (Desirable).

• Minimum 6 months experience in fast paced office environment (Desirable).

• 1-3 years accounts payable experience preferred.

• Bachelor degree preferred.
