Job Description

Summary:

The Analyst, Servicing Support I is responsible for supporting the Servicing Support Departments (Titles, Payment Processing, Total Loss/Ancillary Products and Back Office) by processing all requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, adhere to HCA’s policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as being in compliance. All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per HCA’s KPI’s. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation.Essential functions of the position:

Process requests in accordance with Servicing Support SLAs
Prepare and release documents as requested ensuring accuracy per HCA’s Policy and Procedures while being compliant
Cross train as requested to enhance department efficiencies and personal development
Handle general incoming calls, perform follow up calls and respond to emails received.
All other duties as assigned

Ability to multi-task
Follow workflow processes for all assigned job duties
Experience with all general office equipment such as phone, fax, printer, email, scanner , computer
MS Office 2007

Minimum 1 year automotive finance experience (Desirable)
2 years experience in fast paced office environment (Desirable)
