The Analyst, Marketing will report into the Senior Manager, Marketing, Loyalty & Retention and will implement and facilitate marketing content and communications in support of the marketing strategy to increase exposure and engagement for the Hyundai Motor Finance, Kia Motors Finance and Genesis Finance brands.  The ideal candidate will leverage various resources in the organization while collaborating with Sales, Servicing, Marketing, Strategy, Remarketing and Operations teams.  Additionally, they will use new technologies and platforms to increase our brand equity by creating engaging dealer & customer communications. 


•         Draft, organize, edit, and issue external and internal company communications using various communication mediums (email, text, direct mail, portals), content management systems and marketing automation software (Marketing Cloud)

•         Maintain contact lists, measure/report on effectiveness of external and internal communications

•         Function as main point of contact for all dealer and customer communications within the organization

•         Work with external vendors to facilitate communication initiatives (translation services, direct mail vendors, promotional item vendors, etc.)

•         Maintain a corporate communication calendar to anticipate communication initiatives, while guiding the subject matter experts towards submitting relevant communication topics in a timely and detailed manner

•         With management direction and oversight, assist in development of communications plans applying ability to identify communication needs and gaps and provide recommendations and solutions

•         Provide logistical, planning and marketing content and material support for marketing events, meetings, incentives (dealer/customer facing)

•         Coordinate and facilitate annual marketing surveys (dealer/customer facing)

•        Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and experience

•         Minimum 1-2 years branding, customer communication, and/or marketing experience, or related field

•         Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) & marketing automation systems (Marketing Cloud)

•         Strong interpersonal relationship and project management skills

•         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

•         Advanced writing skills, including editing and proofreading

•         Sound understanding of marketing and branding principles

•         Creative, detail oriented and organized

•         Automotive finance or consumer finance industry experience desired but not required

•         Business/Professional level proficiency in French preferred but not mandatory
