Job Description

The Lease End Specialist role will report into Lease End Manager is responsible for working over term accounts, completing the lease end bill, and outbound/inbound calls. This position requires effective communication with lessees while providing them a clear explanation of pre and post term contractual obligations.
The key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
  • Manage and assess end of term charges and complete lease end billing.  
  • Receive inbound calls from customer and/or dealers informing of lease end obligations and charges due.  Make outbound collections and follow up calls to customers and/or dealers as required. 
  • Follow up with customers and or dealers on active accounts that have passed the maturity date.
  • Identify opportunities to improve upon and/or streamline the internal processes. 
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must have strong decision making, organizational, communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Strong problem solving skills. The ability to research issues, analyze problems and make recommendations
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
