Job Description

General Summary:

 

The Analyst, HRIS II is responsible for effective utilization and management of the HR and Payroll systems as well as ensuring successful integration with other vendor and business systems.  Serve as the first level of support and primary point of contact for coordination of system questions, troubleshooting, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunity.

Essential Job Function:

 

System Administration:


•         Provide day-to-day operational support through the coordination, execution and completion that support Global HR ERP and Payroll systems.


•         Provide end-user support. Identify and investigate reported issues and resolve or refer users to the appropriate technical support team.


•         Audit system interfaces to ensure data integrity.


•         Troubleshoot user access and transactional data errors.


•         Support Internal Audit, KPMG, and User Access audit.

Administers annual PER transactions and audit.

Support:


•         Support Talent Management and OD projects (Career Mapping).


•         Actively seek and recommend ways to drive employees to the Learning Module.


•         Ensure accuracy and quality of system Learning data and reporting.


•         Provide Talent Management analytics and reporting.

Create and organize the Certification Training Budget including reporting and reconciliation.

System/Technology Solutions


•         Support Payroll system implementation, configuration, updates, and testing.

Support Global HRIS with system testing.

Reporting:


•         Develop custom reports to meet the business requirements.


•         Respond to compliance report requirements (e.g. EEOC-1).


•         Support annual 401k and Worker’s Compensation testing.


•         Perform all other duties as assigned.


Knowledge and Skills:

 


•         Understanding the principles of HR and Payroll systems, concepts, practices, and standards.


•         Understanding the principles of Learning system, concepts, practices, and standards.

 


•         Intermediate level of using business application of MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.


•         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.


•         Strong verbal/written skills.


•         Understanding of HR processes and data.

Education and Experience:

 


•         Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.


•         Minimum of 2 to 3 years HR system administration.


•         System implementation experience.


•         Administration knowledge of HR practices and processes.


•         Analytical background.

Physical Requirements and Working Condition:

 

*Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
