Job Description

General Summary:

The Analyst, Dealer Experience II is dealer facing and responsible for providing best in class customer service, education, and information to dealers regarding inquiries relating to Originations and Funding.  Responsibilities also include responding to the department email box and providing back-up support by reviewing, booking and funding retail and lease contracts from Hyundai, Kia and Genesis automobile dealerships.  Position operates with a high level of autonomy and supports the growth and development of the funding team by providing trends and contract/dealer education through peer mentoring.

Essential Job Function:


1.       Provide assistance and education to Dealers, HCA Sales team and all other customers regarding loan documentation and processing in a professional and courteous manner.  Monitor and respond to department email box and resolve escalated issues. 

2.       Review and verify all document information, and ensure conformance to HCA credit approvals, policies and established guidelines as well as all State and Federal Regulations.

3.       Perform all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills;


•         Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Communicates in a confident/professional manner.

•         Strong aptitude for numbers and calculations with high attention to detail and accuracy

•         Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

•         Ability to multi-task with little supervision in a fast paced, team environment and well versed on company product offerings

•         Ability to influence and collaborate with both customers and employees

•         Dependable self-starter with excellent time management skills

Education and Experience:


•         Must be a high school graduate, college degree preferred

•         2 years previous funding or customer service experience required

•         Previous auto industry experience is a plus

Physical Requirements and Working Condition:


Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
